Mudon Golf Course (Dubai / United Arab Emirates)

Design and construction supervision of an 18 hole championship golf course for DUBAI PROPERTIES within an awkward and existing master plan for a real estate development in Dubailand, Dubai.

The brief included the positioning of the driving range, pitching and putting greens, the club house, access routes and an 18 hole golf course within site boundaries already fixed by the urban architects.

The bulk earthworks contract has already been awarded and the task to move over 10,000,000 m3 of sand on the complete 670 hectare site which includes the golf course began in December 2005. The rough shaping and sub-grading of the golf course has been completed. Tender documents for Phase 2 were circulated in April 2008 and the construction for phase 2 has been awarded to Orient Irrigation Services.
