Design and construction supervision of a nine hole course including zoning for the real estate, club house, hotel etc.

 

The project will be a par 36 nine hole course with generous practice facilities, mixed real estate, hotels, schools, horse riding and tennis.

 

The real estate will be unobtrusive and concentrated in clusters rather than the usual alignment of houses on either side of the fairways. The site is a magnificent valley surrounded by hills and forests and will provide great scenery combined with interesting holes that will cater to the average golfer and provide a challenging test from the back tees.

 

Two sets of tees will produce a different challenge on the first and second round.
