Design an 18 hole golf course for EMAAR with driving range and golf academy on a very unusual site overlooking the Cairo citadel. Negotiate and compromise with the urban planners, civil engineers and geologists regarding real estate boundaries, footprints and locations. Most of the course will be situated in dry wadis that are up to 20 metres deep!
